i cant download games or anything on the microsoft store on my xbox

Based on your description, you are trying to download a game on Xbox and it is on loop for loading. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

Method 1:

Please see the troubleshooting available on this link for installation and launching - Troubleshoot issues with the Xbox App for Windows.

Method 2:

Repair your apps and clear cache the Microsoft Store. Please use this guide for repairing Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Select the app you want to fix. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the Microsoft Store. On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available. If it isn't available, select Reset.



Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

Method 3: Run system scans

Run a full system scan. This will check and restore corrupted system files.



In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.

Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Command Prompt:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

i cant join my friends game, it says to download "ms xbl xbox link" on Microsoft store but each time i open microsoft store it closes it right after.

i cant download windows updates,languages,anything from the microsoft store, error code: 0x80246008

i just want to inform you that i notice i cant download anything from Microsoft store.
