    When I try to download a backward compatible game for Xbox 360 it

    Can't buy or download 360 games from Xbox one

    Why can I not buy or download 360 games from the Xbox one store on my account? I can't even download the free 360 games on my Xbox one. Now I have to get the physical disc in order for it to work.

    problem with the games with gold

    I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
    says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
    the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

    If you're on a child account, you'll need to make the purchase from a 360 console. otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

    So you're saying I shouldn't have wasted all this money on the xbox one and stuck with the xbox 360?

    why can't xbox 360 games be downloaded onto the xbox one? can't be much different then what they have in the game library on the xbox one.

    and connection speed may play a part on my xbox one- just not on my xbox 360, pc, tablets, etc.

    Fable 2 DLC issues

    I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
    Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.

    Hello, my xbox live profile is called "RinsableMLG" and today for some reason, I can't play xbox 360 backwards compatible games be ause my profile won't download on the xbox 360 servers. I can play xbox one games, but I can't play my xbox 360 games
    and my profile won't download and it states "There's a problem with your credentials, blah blah blah". If I use my other two accounts, I can play on the xbox 360 games but not my RinsableMLG one. I seriosuly don't know what to do and I'm panicking right now.
    I have the exact same problem. I was just trying to play saints row but couldn't connect to xbox live on backwards compatibility. So I deleted my account and now I can't download on backwards compatibility with the same error message as you.
