    I cant download games.When i open Xbox app my installed games look like this :

    When i try to install any game from Xbox App i get this error : it says 'Download Gaming Services Package'. I have installed Gaming Services to my Laptop. I tried every solution on the internet. I tried to reset Microsoft Store and Xbox, delete Gaming Services using PowerShell Commands and reinstalled it with PowerShell commands again.I have no problem with EA Apps or Ubisoft Apps i can play EA and Ubisoft Games.I need HELP!

    Can't install GamingServices, Xbox app, or install/launch any games on Win 10? Look here!

    I have done all of these things. The only things that won't download from the store are GamingServices and gamepass games because I don't have GamingServices. The old version of GamingServices refused to start saying it was either disabled or no devices
    were associated with it.

    Every gamepass game I attempt to download says 65 out of 65 KB and then fails, it appears it is trying to download a common package and failing. GamingServices also shows this for part of the unsuccessful installation.

    I have no pending updates.

    I have removed gamingservices and let Microsoft Store reinstall them. Upon attempting to download the game Dyson Sphere Project again afterwards, I am again experiencing error 0x80070002.

    Hello,

    I encounter exactly the same issue

    i can't install new game since the last update of the xbox app for windows 10.

    I can launch some games but some games ask me to reinstall the gameservice, i try to do it but it's in error.

    So i find the solution by removing the entry of the gamingservices in the registry

    Open Registry Editor

    Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Services

    Remove the GamingServices and GamingServices.Net

    Restart Computer

    Go to your Windows Store -> 3-dot-menu -> Downloads and Updates -> Check updates

    Gaming Services should install now without issue.

    Since that i can launch all my games and install new one!

    I did find a comment somewhere saying that manual reboot of GamingServices and GamingServicesNet under services.msc might help. Can't do it - in my case it is set to automatic and attempting to run results in error 87: Invalid Parameter.

    Game Pass PC can't start games, shows Gaming Services instead.

    I'm having the same problem.

    Trying to start a game it takes me to the gaming services app on the windows store.

    I've been trying for hours to get this to work but no matter what i tried nothing works.

    The GamingServices service that should be starting automatically just isn't starting.

    If i try to start the service manually i get the following error.

    Windows could not start the GamingServices service on Local Computer

    Error 5: Access is denied
