i cant download forza horizon 4 error code 0x80073CFB

I need help fixing this problem I just bought the game (Forza horizon 4) and when I start to download it stops after seconds and this massage appears (Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart
your device. That may help.0x80073CFB) I tried every solution I can found on the internet and still no luck. pls help me.

Hi,

On the main menu of your console, press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the Xbox.

Wait 30 sec.

Restart the console , does it help ?

Hello

I do have the latest Windows Updates.
There are no error codes that come up, the progress bar just flicks on and off.
I am able to download other games, it is just the Forza Horizon 5. I can even download Forza Horizon 4 with no trouble.
