Thank you for the detailed update.

In that case, the issue here is on Microsoft Store, and we have steps below for uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Store. You can choose to try first the uninstallation even though it is clear that the store will not open or perform the reset for the store, that way if there is still cache stored from Microsoft Store it can be removed.

Reset Microsoft Store:

1. Close out of the Microsoft Store
   
2. Type wsreset.exe in the Windows search box
   
3. Right-click the best match and choose Run as administrator
   
4. A command prompt window will open and execute the command. After a while, the Microsoft Store will reopen
   
5. Try to download Minecraft again
   

Uninstall Microsoft Store

Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator.

At the PowerShell, copy-paste the command below then hit the Enter.

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage



Reinstall Microsoft Store

Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator.

At the PowerShell, copy-paste the command below then hit the Enter.

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
