I can't download any games on xbox one, please help!

Ever since about a week ago, all games I try to install do not download but instead just sit in the queue. Even when I hover over the game and press install it does nothing at all. I've had my xbox for over a year now, and never had this problem.
I am in the preview program and have gotten the new dashboard update so I don't know if thats the problem or not. I've disconnected the internet from my console and restarted the modem, and even held the power button for ten seconds to turn it off and turn
it on and it didnt help. I also accidentally re formatted my external seagate 3tb hard drive, which uninstalled all my games and now I have no games on my xbox at all and cant install any. Please help me, I might just be stupid here. But this is annoying

My Xbox will not download Left 4 Dead 2

Hi can someone please help me I bought left 4 dead 2 in my xbox but it won't download, it keeps on saying can't download this item or left 4 dead 2 has stopped downloading. Any one knows how to fix this please message me on my xbox account LPG YokingGoose

 

I have the same problem. I tried doing everything you did but no luck. It was working fine when the update came out but a few days after that, it didn't want to download anything. Even updates for games don't want to download and its just, ugh. Someone please
help us!

 

Yes, this is a serious problem. Sorry to say, but I'm glad other people have the same problem. I thought I was just being un lucky, as usual. Hopefully we all get this resolved.
