I can't download any games on my new pc due to the error "0xc0ea000a"

I have the same problem. I got a new hard drive. Used the migration tool and now I can't watch videos from my pc. When I try to download the update it starts. then stops and says can't download this item. no error code. Tried clearing cache, also tried
creating a new user and downloading. Also failed. Also tried going back to the original harddrive and same problem. Tech support was clueless on how to fix it. Any ideas?

I can't download game also, i have it in my library, but download stops at 70% and gives me error that game can't be downloaded! Is there any chance that game data is broken?

Unfortunately this isn't possible with Game Pass or any Windows Store purchased games. The Windows Store uses encryption for all its downloads, and locks these downloads to one PC.

You can download the games to other PCs with your account and you can keep your purchased games across different PCs, but you can't share one download between two PCs as the files and folders are encrypted.

I know what you mean when you refer to how Steam and other's do it. When I built my new PC last year I simply put my old drive in my new PC case and just imported my old games. Unfortunately, Microsoft's downloads can not be used in this way.

You must not understand, i can't download my profile in the first place, due to an error with credentials apparently when they all work. Error code 8015190A

I bought the game and use the physical disc to play. I have not downloaded any map packs. I've followed all of the above steps and still can't play campaign due to the "downloadable content has changed" error. I appreciate your prompt attention to this
issue.
