I can't download a Teen demo

Aright so finally the naruto storm revolution demo finally came out yesterday I trued to download it note this was a teen rating and my past demos they are mostly teen demos so I get on search going to press download and says can't do it due to age and
I'm like huh? Cause last naruto demo was a teen rating and it downloaded perfectly fine and the Xbox knows the only demos I can't download is M rated demos for years for me not one time a T rating demo I can't download I have download so many that have been
added like language or mild violence etc well listen here forms naruto doesn't have mild blood or bad language its a anime game this is fighting a cartoon fighting game and can't let me download the game but you sure let me download injustice what type ish
is that listen I'm two sec ffrom calling you guys you better fix this for me cause it makes no sense how the past naruto games demos o download were perfectly fine but now a new comes out you wanna screw me over wow that's a amazing

You can always try the Demo. I didn't see "too much" that would be considered offensive but I only tired the Demo. From what I saw, I wouldn't have any problem with letting a Teen/ Pre-Teen play it.

 

xbxox.com does not let me download games

hi all

i was trying to download a game demo on Xbox.com straight to my Xbox and every time i click download it says purchase is not allowed for child and teens account but i have changed my settings to adult and still does not let me download but it does let me
download it on my Xbox console

any ideas how to sort this out

I have the same exact problem I have always have been able to download the previous storm demos why can't I download Revolution?

To help us better understand the situation, here are a couple questions I'd like to run by both of you:

1. Are you trying to download this demo on the console or xbox.com?
   
2. Have you tried to download a different demo with a T (Teen) rating (outside of the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN series) that you don't already have? If you haven't, I highly suggest giving this a shot.
   

As far as child accounts go, there could be a restriction on the account, where the parent account blocked abilities to perform purchases on Xbox Live. Feel free to check out our

child account settings page for more information.

I also suggest trying these steps in the meantime:

• Clear your cache three times.
  
• Restart your console.
• Try downloading the demo again.

After trying the suggested steps above and you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know!

 

Not that even the problem I downloaded different naruto series demos and other T demos and I tried downloading it form console and web my Xbox knows that I'm Allowed to Download any T DEMO you guys are just being
[Mod Removed] and adding stupid things to T RATED DEMO making it seem like its a M demo cause surly in the past all the naruto demos didn't have mild language mild blood etc those type of things fit in a M rated demo but its over now tmm the
demo will come out to the silver membership maybe next time cause won't be
