    I can't download a game on the Xbox live


    Hi,

    Yertesday I bought a game but I can't download it because it stop on 0% and 40 Ko after nothing. I restarted it and my Xbox many times, I connected my Xbox on the wifi and the Ethernet, I deleted the memory system and the memory of the elements systems like
    written on the site support. But nothing changed please help me for I can enjoy my game bought. Thanks.

    I received this error message when trying to download an update. I can't connect to Xbox Live or play the Halo 4 game that I just spent $60 bucks on. What gives!

    It tells me that it can't download the update and to test my xbox live connection. However, I can't check my xbox live connection if I don't download the update. But of course, I can't download the update.

    HELP!!!

    I have similar problem for some weeks , [mod removed], I buy goldren membership and a game on live, but I can't connect to Xbox-Live and can't download the game.
