I can't downland the xbox accessories app on windows store

Discus and support I can't downland the xbox accessories app on windows store in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Been search the web but couldn't the answer.     I can't downland the xbox accessories app on windows store


    Been search the web but couldn't the answer. Got a xbox one elite controller which is working fine but i couldn't download the xbox accessories app from the windows store. The download tab was grey out and it mention " xbox accessories is not currently available"
    Is it because of the region i am from Singapore?

    Xbox Accessories App not available on Windows 10 store

    Hi,

    To get the Xbox Accessories app on Windows 10, go to the Windows Store and search for Xbox Accessories.

    The Xbox Accessories app is not available on previous versions of Windows.

    If you can't find the app on Windows Store, you can clear and reset Windows Store cache then search for the app again.

    To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Press Windows key+ R on your keyboard.

    2. Type wsreset, and then hit Enter.

    Let us know how it goes.

    I can't find the Xbox Accessories App on my Windows store. When I search for it, it doesn't appear & when i google it it opens in store but i can't download the app , it says app is not available...

    Hi Zei, Thanks for the feedback. A greyed out tab could mean a service related issue which the app is temporarily unavailable or like you indicated it may not be available in your region. I will report this to the developers and check the availability of
