I cant donwload my game!

I bought the grand theft auto 5 game on november 27 in the store but i didn't wanted to donwload it to my xbox becouse its going to be a present for my brother. But now i cant donwload it.

What error message do you get when you try and download it? Did you buy it on your own account, and you'll let your brother use it when he uses your console?

I dont get any message it just wants me to by the game agin. But in my last purchaces list it is on there
