    I cant desactive automatic renovation for the Xbox Game Pass


    I have a problem, when I try to desactivate the automatic renovation of Xbox Game Pass, it's say's ''an inter error has ocurried desactivating the Xbox Game Pass auto renovation'' then ''retry'' but doesen't do ananything, the error still in there, what
    can I do pls.

    I can't cancel the xbox game pass

    I just wanna cancel the fu.....g game pass suscription because I can't play on line, in my suscriptions appears: "You must pay the renovation" (when I download the game pass trial I choose the automatic renovation), but I don't need the gamepass anymore,
    I just play online and I can't.

    I need a solution for this problem, I DON'T WANT THE GAME PASS SUSCRIPTION AND I DON'T PAY FOR THAT TRIAL, what is wrong with you guys? this kind of problems should be and need to be resolve by the user in their owns xbox one console.

    i cant cancel my gold suscripcion of 12 months, it was with a credit card but it expired. So i bought a gold suscripcion of one month and i cant activate. i want to cancel my credid card and cancel the automatic renovation

    Game Pass games are free to play while on Game Pass. Once it leavss you can longer play it. So, if you really love the game it is offered at a discount so you can own it without the need lf gamepass when it is renoved from the library.

    Hi thx for the reply.

    i just tried this and it hasnt worked for me. There is no option to uninstall Xbox IDP either, to try reinstalling again. i assume its a kind of plugin?

    Xbox IDP does not have an individual app, at least none i can find on the PC.

    May have to wait for an update to the game pass app or to windows itself.

    Later-installed the xbox companion app that logged in automatically. I had an Xbox one in the past that is connected to the acct. Opening the pc game pass beta app and it logged me in automatically. I cant subscribe to game pass again till the month is out,
    given i have already subscribed and got a refund.
