I cant deposit rewards

i cant deposit my rewards into my account i have this message at the bottom of the my rewards page

"Temporary Delay in Deposits
Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. In the
meantime, please reach out to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way."

why is this both my rewards and xbox account is a UK account so i dont see why im having this problem

Can t deposit on my BR account

The rewards still cant be deposited, I change my info adress , and my account and my rewards is on Brasil , WHy can't rewards deposit like always had deposit. Stop creating problems to don't give the rewards that I earned.

Hi TH0MP50N. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. While their fix
was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

why it cant say rewards credit is beyond me

it clearley says they will be deposited around the 15th and 30th. the 30th was yesterday, if they cant keep to what it says in writing why put it?? when in june will i see it because xbox rewards changes in june.

I cant redeem my xbox rewards credits of around 13000 plus after three days another 5000 credits usually it will say something " Deposit Request Submitted" but it does not show any

You cant redeem 1.25 dollars you CAN only redeem a MINIMUN OF 15 dollars worth of ms rewards you have to collect 15 dollars of rewards points before you can cash out

Early deposits only lets you cash out before the next deposit date which is 14 days later

It DOES not affect the mimimun cash out

You really should.read the ms rewards terma.and conditions
