I can't delete my xbox captures.

I can't see my deleted videos which are stuck on my game capture cloud storage

Something is definitely going on. Xbox Support needs to acknowledge this. Game captures stored in the cloud are corrupt and can't be deleted or viewed.

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Kindly check if there is a pending system update for the console.

Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings.

Select System > Updates & downloads.

Under "Updates", you'll see: Console update available. Select this button to begin your update,

Solution 3: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

If the same issue persists, other players are experiencing the same issue right now. Although there is no official announcement yet about the issue. Let's wait until it gets fixed, you can also provide feedback about it using the Report a problem app which you can download by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

I understand it would also be best to provide feedback about it using the report a problem app. Please let me know if you still have any other concerns.

Hey I've done all of these including the factory reset, all being a waste of time. If anyone else is reading this don't fall for these they don't work at all. The only thing we can do is wait for the chance of them even addressing this. Thanks anyway though.

I'm having similar issues. It's like a few of my captures stored on Xbox Live are corrupt. I can't manage or delete them from my console. If I attempt to delete, they reappear a few seconds later. They are unplayable and can't be shared. New uploads will
only show in the xbox mobile app under captures but they change every time i refresh the page. Microsoft please fix!!
