    I cant create xbox account


    When i try to create gamer tag for xbox account to play newly bought minecraft i cant do anything
    After pressing enormous green button nothing happens and i can only press it again but when i try to do the same thing on different computer nickname i tried last time is unavaible.

    Microsoft has not reported that it is a known issue through the following page

    But evidently there is a problem with this feature, you can try changing the gamertag through this website, do it in incognito/private mode.

    If it doesn't work, I ask you a little time and wait a period of 24h, hopefully in that time Microsoft can give some statement about it or a solution to the problem.

    when you create a new microsoft account (email) it auto creates and xbox account as they are now one in the same, there is no way to transfer from one to another, you could have created an alias on the xbox account and then made that primary but you cant add an already created microsoft account.

    Since Russia is not a Rewards region, you cannot register into the program. We see that your billable account information is set to Russia, so we would be unable to deposit into your Account since there is no way to create a Russian Rewards Account.
