I can't crate New account on my Xbox

Thanks for answer. But I have not xbox. I want to change my email address. I crate new email but I can't play fh4 on this account. If I want play fh4 I can change my account. Maybe you have give me fh4 activation code.

And I can delete this account

Every time i try to enter my Xbox account it tells me to crate a account after i correctly sing in

is it possible to crate a new account with the same email address? have an xbox one and I need to put my account on the console but it is my account from the 360 and we have no need for the information on the 360 and the console keeps bumbing my husband

I did open some crates but all the crates were for was the deluxe edition items, I didn't get the crate for Rey or Kylo which should of been included with my preorder.
