    I can't contact Xbox Support?


    My controller has broken, it suddenly just started making a buzzing noise and gave up.

    I need to discuss the warranty with Xbox support, but whenever I "Request a call back" it says "Something went wrong our end"

    I have tried different numbers, I have tried using different options, I have tried different browsers, I have tried using my phone vs using my PC, nothing works.

    How am I supposed to get in touch with Xbox Support if this feature isn't working? There is no advertised telephone number anywhere. Honestly, I should be able to easily contact somebody about this kind of fault.

    The controller is only just out of warranty, by 2 months. I want to discuss this with somebody, as it doesn't seem like this product was fit for service if it only functioned for 2 months more than the warranty.

    I haven't been able to request a replacement because it says it is out of warranty.

    Hi, I don’t like to give bad news but unfortunately no one at Microsoft can send a replacement controller if it’s out warranty

    Probably their system is not going to let them proceed as soon as they verify the controller serial

    Hi, you can try opening a private chat using the contact us page.

    In some cases the option appears depending on the category selected.
    Try changing categories until your find the desired option
