    I'm german so sorry for the English. I can't contact the support...every time i want to contact the support they want my full name but there is already my name but i still don't have access to the support pls help if anyone can understand what im trying
    to say.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem today. Error 80151909, I can't connect to Xbox live. All suggestion from MS support doesn't work.

    I will wait till tomorrow and try to contact MS support.

    You can also bypass the virtual assistant and expert gamer by choosing to request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options on the contact site, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
