I can’t connect

I can’t get my phone to connect to my Xbox, far too old a model. So my issue is it can’t connect to Xbox live in general and I still can’t start it.

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Hello it still doesn’t work, that was already set as Home Xbox.

Would deleting the game and reinstalling a new one be a solution?

I called GameStop and they advised that they would exchange game for me .

Also I have a another game that I have yet to install yet, try this one and see if it works as a possibility to see if will load?

I recently upgraded my IPhone could this also be a possible issue?

It just prompted me to enter my password to log in which I did.

Let me know if you’ve ever heard of such issue(s) common or not?

Is there also a number I can contact.

What are the business hours is it also on weekends where I can get a live agent and walk me through?
