I can't connect Xbox Game Pass using Xbox App on PC

try to disconnect your internet box for 60 seconds then try to reconnect new ones, I'm with you if you still haven't solved your problem

From some research and personal experience in this area it sounds like a Microsoft store issue I had once.

For me reinstalling the windows store via powershell fixed this for me. You can do this by following these steps

- Press Windows key + X

- Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)

- At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

This should reinstall the store, And I would recommend also restarting the pc. Further advice can be found here.

If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.

I'm also having the same issue, I've tried both PC and IOS Game pass app and xbox app and neither work. I use the IOS Game Pass and Xbox App.
