If you can’t connect to an Xbox multiplayer game on Windows 10, and Nat type saying Toredo unable to qualify, this means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address, which is needed for multiplayer games.

Here are some possible solutions you can try:

Checking your network settings and make sure your NAT type is Open.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
   
3. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.
   

You need your NAT type to be Open to resolve this issue. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed. For more details, see Troubleshoot NAT errors and multiplayer game issues | Xbox Support.

And lastly, try to restart your router and devices.

I just had this same issue it seems minecraft and the switch aren't properly working in unison. I am EXTREMELY sad about this and can't play minecraft with my brother.

me too i can't connect on XBL on my profile brother's Profile ...

When I try to log in it says on my brother's PC it says he doesn't own it (Minecraft: Java edition) so we can't play
