I cant connect to the xbox live when i open a game on pc

I have another problem, i friend have a xbox cloud gaming, and i have the game on PC downloaded on PC, when i open the game with Ubisoft connect, i cant invite my friend to the game because he cant open ubisoft connect because he is on xbox cloud gaming, and we cant play togheter, i added to friend in ubisoft connect and dindt work .... What can i do?

Having the same problem. Even when I switch nat to open, I still cant connect to xbox live. Has anyone found a solution??? Paying for games and dlc that I cant play is pretty annoying.

Yes im on virgin media. And I cant connect to Live. I do the connection test and it connects to the internet but not xbox live. It then tells me about opening ports but im sure these are already open when my network gut come round to set up for me.

oo yeah and whenever i open the xbox i have to do it all over again, only to have a chance that maybe i will connect to live for 5 min

and i cant redownload my profile becouse i cant connect to xbox live.
