I can't connect to my wireless network Xbox sees it but will not connect how do I fix it

You will need to determine the error messages you are getting from either the network connection and the multiplayer connection by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select General.

Select Network.

Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

On the right side of the Network



Please test both the network connection and the multiplayer connection.

This will give you a series of steps on how to sort it out.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue connecting wireless. I would like to clarify, what happens when you attempt to connect wireless? are you able to see the option to connect via wi-fi? Does your network not show
up when trying to connect? Have you been able to connect via wi-fi before?

I normally connect through wireless ,but at the moment it won't connect automaticly as I've done a full reset trying to fix this issue,and can't go into my network settings on my console to connect my Xbox to the wifi

I will try with an Ethernet cable, but I'll have to look for one, if we have one in my house. I can't ask someone else to connect their Xbox to my network, as I don't have anyone who does.

As for the factors over power, I do have it set to Instant-On, and its connected to the wall socket via a multi-socket.

One question - If it is the Wireless Network card, how do I fix that?

Thanks for trying that. We have steps for you to try if your Xbox One console

cannot see your wireless network .
