    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend you contact Boost as the authentication is through them. Also can try powering off the phone completely and reboot, then try and connect.

    XBOX 360 Not connecting to wifi

    I also have tried using my mobile hotspot and it wont even connect using my mobile hotspot. I have 2 different XBOX 360s and neither one will connect that way. It will work if I hardwire it.

    I just connect to xbox live with the mobile hotspot to watch Netflix and YouTube. I've been doing that for a year. Then right after the smartphone update Xbox won't connect to the phones hotspot.

    I tried the hard reset and turning off the hotspot and back on again but the Xbox still can't connect to the network.
