Discus and support I can't connect to my friend's game, i'm on Xbox One X in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; When i try to connect It says me " failed connection: session not found" what can i do?     I can't connect to my friend's game, i'm on Xbox One X


    When i try to connect It says me " failed connection: session not found" what can i do? I Have a stable connection i don't know any other reason why It should not work. Please help!

    Thank you so much for confirming. Please make sure that your NAT type is OPEN by following the steps below:

    "Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type".

    Also, make sure that your account and privacy settings are setup correctly by signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    * You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

    Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.
