I can't connect to multiplayer games

Make sure you're connected to wifi and its fast enough.

I don't have a lot to go on but I understand you have a problem across platforms with Minecraft. Obviously you know the people are playing, the trouble is the Minecraft Network is not communicating that to each of your platforms.

Borrowing from @ArminatorX, he pointed out that you have to be on the same server and using the same platform i.e. Java, Android, Windows 10 do not always mix well on all servers.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

2. restart your phone

3. Log in again and try again in the game.

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us As
your account's gold may need to be refreshed.
