I can’t connect to certain game servers

I don’t receive any error codes the only thing I receive is unable to connect to game servers and unstable internet connection

May I know if other games besides these ones you mentioned can be played online just fine?

And do you receive any error message when trying to connect to these games' servers for multiplayer?

Would you please check your console current NAT type?

Press the Xbox button > Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type to be Open. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

You can follow the steps on the URL below to troubleshoot specific NAT errors or do a general NAT troubleshooting:

For any error message that you receive, please refer to the "Troubleshooting specific NAT errors". If you do not receive any error message, but your NAT type is Moderate or Strict, please refer to the General NAT troubleshooting and the Advanced NAT troubleshooting.

I finally got everything done and I have result that servers is connected, but I faced another challenge, on the network settings in Xbox app says that server is connected to internet but in the game I’m still can’t play online it says :unable to connect to the live configuration servers: any suggestions to this one?

I only have the one account and yes I still can’t connect to servers
