    I can't connect to anything related to Halo?!


    Okay, so I bought Halo: TMCC about a fortnight or more ago. Since then I have never (And I have tried every day up to and including today) been able to join a friend, or have a friend join me, in a multiplayer game. I Have only 3 times been able to get into
    a multiplayer game.

    I have not once been able to get onto Halo Channel (It always came up saying its not available, try later) and since its release have not been able to get past the title screen of Halo 5 beta - It says when I press start 'Server Error'

    I can;t even get on Halowaypoint.com!

    HELP PLEASE! - Even if its who I need to contact, this is fegging stupid.

    Can't connect to live account

    Hello, the same is happening to me, I can't do anything related to my Gold Live Account, I got the 3 months plan with recurring payments. Mine is set to be renew at October 29, 2018. But somehow I can't play online or connect in party chat. I Don't understand
    what's going on....... can someone please let us know if this is a new error or something ?

    If you can't access Halowaypoint.com it sounds like you are blocking traffic to some servers from your network somewhere.

    How are you connecting your Xbox to the Internet? Is it through your PC or connected to a router?

    If it is through a PC, reset your hosts file to default, Microsoft can do this for you -
    support.microsoft.com/.../972034

    If your Xbox is connected to a router/modem then log in to your router/modem admin panel from a PC (192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in a web browser) and see if you have limited access to particular IP's and if you have but have no reason to do so, remove them
    and try again.

    you dont have to load the companion app to launch games they are in the start menu.

    what version of windows 10 do you have installed, is it 1903,1909 or 2004. also in the windows store have you checked for updates and also checked for updates under settings.

    I'm running windows 1909, and I cant launch it from start menu on windows either.

    And yes in the windows store I tried checking for updates and nothing came up, nor could I install any other software from the store.
