    I can't connect on xbox live with my xbox 360


    Hi, i can't connect on xbox live with my 360. It say error  8015D002 wrong password or email , if you have 2 step verification put a password. I checked my email and the password they are fine. I even changed the password 3 times. I don't have the
    2 step verification. I don't have any problems connecting on browser or the xbox one. Can you help me please.

    You should be able to connect it from the console directly without the Xbox App as the Xbox 360 predates the app by many years. Or is it not allowing it?

    So I can't connect to xbox live on my xbox one at all today. I've rebooted the xbox and my router... tested the connection and works fine. The xbox live status page just says xbox 360 COD AW issues but this is clearly not the case.
