So how do I open my NAT?

This will help you set up Ports on the xbox/router which are important for gaming!

Also, try to reset the router and modem (2-5 mins), and to test your network connection on the xbox. If you have more than 1 network name, please try both network names.

If the app and the console are both under the same network but the ip address doesn't match the problem could be that the router needs to be reset, try power cycling the router and let us know how it goes

I am also experiencing Xbox App crash every 30 seconds. My Xbox is connected, I can play a game on my Windows PC, but the app crashes every 30 seconds, I have to keep clicking "Stream" and it's annoying. Then it refers me to "Test" my Streaming connection
and the App says it cant connect to my Xbox, when in fact, I hear my game music playing in the background in the App. Which can't be right.

I have streamed to my Windows PC since the App Launch and never had connection problems.

System and App are both up to date.

both i can t connect on the xbox app and i also cant connect to xbox live when i launch forza

Updated my controller and now all my apps close and my xbox wont connect to any of my controllers so i basically cant use it. HELP!
