en la página de soporte no aparecen, ya hice todas las pruebas de conexión de red y dan satisfactorias y mi NAT se muestra abierta y la prueba de conexión de multijugador es satisfactoria también, hable con el equipo de soporte y no supo que hacer, tengo el
game pass ultimate y mi perfil y mi consola no se encuentran baneadas, ya restaure mi consola con valor de fabrica quitando todo y ya hice la actualización vía USB sin conexión a la red y sigue sin funcionar, no puedo jugar nada, mi consola es una xbox one
x, se compró nueva no es reacondicionada, llevo con ella 1 año 5 meses, casi no la utilizo y me demuestra que es un producto de baja calidad realmente me encuentro muy decepcionado, siempre he tenido xbox y nunca me había pasado algo similar, más que con el
xbox 360 y las famosas 3 luces rojas y me ayudaron, antes daban 3 años de garantía, ahora le bajaron el tiempo a la garantía por la mala calidad del producto, que decepción, siendo la gran organización que son.
