I cant connect my x-box1 to server for battlefield3 game

No error message just tells me to check connections, all connections and multiplayer OK I can connect to in play servers but I cannot connect to a newly rented server for battlefield3. I assumed renting a server would make connecting easier. thanks for your reply

I understand that this is a specific problem with a rented server, I would recommend that you contact the game's developer and publisher, for that go to the link below, and open a support ticket for EA.

you can check the servers by going here
www.ea.com/.../battlefield3 if the servers are up and you still cant connect while your friends can then it is a problem on your end.
