I can't configure my privacy parameters for my xbox account

When I try to configure it, it always send me to this page:

and I dont know how to get past this step and its very fustrating, please help!

I Can't play online with my friend

Hello,

I installed Minecraft Windows10 and I can't join my friend on his realm's serveur. He added me but I can't join, it says "The configuration of your Xbox Live account doesn't allow you to play online in multiplayer. You can edit this choice in your parameter
of confidientality and safety online on Xbox.com" but when I check my parameter, it all seems good to me and I can't change anything.

I can't enter to "My Park"

When I try to enter to "My Park", an Xbox message appears saying "To do this, change the configuration. You can't share content of Kinect because of your account configuration. You can change this on the configuration of privacy and security online on Xbox.com"

I tried several times but it doesnt work, what do I do? :,(

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to join a club due to account configuration on a PC.
For now try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, change
the settings. Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, etc.

Set the parameters on the modem's Web page, you should configure everything there, increasing and giving more speed etc to the Xbox
