    Yes. I can play online in games but i cant respond or join my friends groups

    If on xbox:

    Try to make a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable from the outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in and power on the console that might help

    Remove the gamertag from the console and the power cycle the console.

    After restart recover the tag back. This has been known to fix that issue for some people.
