I can't complete the first Xbox One configuration

After I did the first update (OSU1. zip) in offline mode the console Riavia and brings me back to the screen "and time to update " and immediately after it crashes everything and says that there is a problem with the update.

I go to check network connection-Wireless (because I do not have a wired connection) and I do not find any network, what do I do in order to start to use my Xbox OneI can't complete the first Xbox One configuration

XBOX One initial setup

I am trying to setup my XBOX One for the very first time and I need to be able to enter in the Ip address, gateway, DNS manually but there is no advanced configuration when you are initially setting up. It gives me the chance to enter in the SSID and then
it automatically tries to connect. I keep seeing people go to advanced configuration but not at the initial setup screen, only when they have connected before from the settings. I can't even get there because I can't get past setup. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

 

Having problems with Campaign Challenges!

• I can't complete the very first one. Yes, you read right. I can't complete the first one. I have 7/9 medals and I can't get all three medals for the third and final challenge for the first challenge set.
  

I always run into the follwing problems:

• I always run out of time.
• If I use the sonic batarang I always end up luring the person I don't want over to it.
  
• The guard won't go anywhere near the window so I can perform a takedown.

 

Since you can't see any networks, please first turn off and unplug the console for 30 seconds and reboot as that usually fixes that.

I tried reboot and does not find any network, I have also moved and always the usual problem

 

Try to add a netwoek manually

 

Manually tells me that the security protocol does not work

 

Please turn off your console by unplugging it as that clears cache and usually fixes this wifi issue.

 

You will need to connect the console to the Internet to complete everything you need. It is recommended that your console still be connected to the Internet.

 

But can I do it only by Ethernet cable?

Since I do not recount the wirless connection

contacting customer support to see how they can assist with the issue. The other thing I would recommend is possibly taking the console to a local Microsoft store and see if they can assist you with the update. I hope this information helps fix the issue.

Yeah, about a week ago I couldn't connect online because of an update either. Use the trouble shoot start up method to restore your xbox by doing the following:

-Hard reset or remove xbox from power source for at least 30 seconds.

-Push and hold the bind and eject buttons on your xbox.

- While holding those buttons press the power button. (Xbox will chime)

- Continue to hold the bind and eject buttons until you hear a 2nd chime.

- You will be at trouble shoot start up.

- Choose bottom left option, which is reset xbox.

- Choose either (I chose this one) "keep games and apps" or "keep nothing".

-Follow the steps the xbox goes through and you are done.

This was my last option before doing a repair ticket. No internet needed for this option.
