I can't complete my Repair Order for my controller, just get error message TraceID:...

Hi Kyle, I've already tried different browsers on different devices to use the Repair Order function, and the point is the "Contact Us" page isnt helpful - the chatbot doesn't understand the problem, I've tried "call me back" and on the chat it said they couldn't process the request. You have my email address via my account, can someone email me to sort this out. I've wasted a bunch of time on something that should be super quick - I just need the delivery note.

Note that this is a community forum, we aren't Microsoft employees and unfortunately we cannot assist further with repair orders.

I also cannot start a repair order, in my case for my Xbox. I tried on multiples devices and browsers, but I always see an error message after selecting a shipping option. It tells me to contact Microsoft about the issue, but clicking the provided contact link does not let me contact them.

Thank you, I was able to contact Microsoft support by selecting the option to talk to a gamer, explaining the problem, and asking them to forward me to Microsoft support.

However, the support person simply got the same error when trying to start a repair order for me. They suggested I try again tomorrow.

Update: I talked to more support people today, but they also failed to start a repair order. Finally one of them escalated the issue to be fixed, so now we wait.

Thanks, in this case you can choose the “Message a gamer” option on the contact page. They can forward you to Microsoft’s internal support.
