    jigsaw puzzles

    Where are the new jigsaw puzzles? How come we don't get an answer to our questions. I have a lot of points and cant do anything with them. We need new jigsaw puzzles asap.

    how come i cant download any more new puzzles that i buy with my puzzle credits

    when i purchase new puzzle with the coins i get from doing puzzles in my collection i cant get the new puzzles to download so i can do them it takes me to my internet explorer

    microsoft jigsaw puzzles will not load, what can I do?

    I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

    Hi

    I am using W11.

    The problem is with puzzles created from photos. The puzzles that come with the app are fine.

    I have not tried any solutions beyond closing down the app and restarting it.

    Now what it does is: it opens up to the first screen and then i choose easy medium hard or expert and then i go into a puzzle and the screen goes black for a little while and then the puzzle does come up.
