    I can't collect Xbox Rewards anymore - why?


    Since this month I cannot collect any Xbox Rewards Points. I tried everything like Xbox Game Pass Challenges, Xbox Rewards App on my Xbox console, via Smartphone, Browser (Desktop/Mobile) and bing app/search. Nothing works.

    When I'm trying to submit my game pass challenges via my Xbox or my phone, I just get the message to try it again a few moments later..

    Thx, I'll keep waiting. Hopefully they have an answer.

    Clearing my MAC address or changing DNS won't help me I think. As I said, I cannot collect rewards at all, so not on my Xbox consoles, not on Windows PC or Android smartphone.

    It was working just fine before my vacation to Asia, so no idea why it's not working anymore.

    I guess, there isn't that much I can do, but steps I tried fixing this issue were using different devices (Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Windows PC, Android Smartphone, different browser and apps like bing), logging out and in again and changing the selected location for my profile (I'm located in Germany). Nothing worked.. :(

    Also, I reached out to the Microsoft Rewards team as recommended, but didn't get a response yet.

    May I know what steps have you tried so far in fixing this issue?

    If your Rewards account is not earning points, or if you did not receive points for an action, I would recommend for you to contact Microsoft rewards team who handles these concerns. Kindly submit a request here:

    I don't have a problem with getting points but I do have a problem with rewards because 1 week ago I bought 2 $1.99 minecoin packs for Minecraft from rewards and I still haven't got my minecoins please help me
