I can't close the Xbox app

    Hello, I´m Jamie. an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    I had the same problem with mine not closing after hitting the 'X' just yesterday.

    What I did to close it was held CTRL + ALT and pressed the DEL key, which should open program manager.

    From there you should see the Xbox app listed as open and you just click that and then 'End Task' at the bottom right.

    New computer build getting error message trying to play on Game Pass

    FYI, just opened the Xbox app on laptop and was able to run Forza 5 with no issues. Closed it out, closed xbox app, shut off laptop. Still can't run from this new computer.

    Just opens and closes no error messages. You can't reset or uninstall Xbox app.
