I cant click on my XboxProfile

i cant click my profile if i succeed clicking opening the same site constantly ( https://support.microsoft.com/tr-tr/help//microsoft-account-parental-consent-and-child-accounts).Why i cant open in my profile

You will need to connect your console up back to the Internet, you can do this at a friends place or by Tethering the Internet temporarily from your mobile device if that is an option for you, however, please be aware data charges may apply doing this option
and it's always best to check with your network providor first.

Once you are connected to an Internet connection and signed in to Xbox Live, please do the following:

Go to Settings > Personalisation > Home Xbox > Here you can select 'This is my home Xbox'.

Once you have done that, please restart your console and disconnect from the Internet. Games you have now purchased through your profile digitally will work offline.
