I can't choose a custom gamer picture even though I'm on a 18+ acount

you need to be 18 to use a custom gamer picture

Hello!

From the Windows 10 app, click on your gamer pic, then customize, then hover over your current picture. The picture will dim with a customize button appearing, click on that, and It will prompt to choose a gamer pic or select a custom picture.

You have to be 18 or older and on adult mode to post custom pictures. You can use the default pictures though.

That message would imply that when you originally setup your account the given birth date still has you under the age of 18. Unfortunately changing that birth date later does not change the account age. Thanks for your understanding!

I am 18 though. I think the age for custom gamerpictures should be 17. If you're old enough to buy mature videogames like grand theft auto I think they can handle making a custom gamerpic. Seeing all my friends who aren't 18 but have custom pictures annoys
me becuase I'm 18 but can't have one.
