I CAN'T CHANGE THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to change the renewal of a subscription. Here is a guide to
turn off recurring charge.
Just do the opposite if you want to turn it on.

With the account that has the active subscription, you need to log to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

There you will find a list of all subscriptions linked to that account and can manage each one removing the automatic renewal for example.

What a joke!!! You click on the above link and it takes you to a page which can not be interacted with!! It asks you to answer a question, but there is NO WAY to enter any script. Microsoft, YOU SUCK. You deliberately make it near impossible to remove the
auto-renewal option and then you provide absolutely no support. You guys are a bunch of pirates!

The only way to do this as your security settings are being updated is to
contact phone support.

Please don't bump old threads. If you can't turn off auto-renewal on the website you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
