    I can't change my XboxAccount profile picture


    When I try accessing the account.xbox.com website to change my profile picture, upon clicking the "Change player picture" link I see a modal with a loading circle that never stops. I checked the developer console on my browser and I noticed there is an error.

    It's an Internal server error (500) when trying to make the request to https://account.xbox.com/pt-br/xbox/account/api/v1/profile/GetGamerPics

    Looking at the network tab it's the only request that fails up to this point. I tried both with VPN on and off, as well as enabling and disabling popup blockers, changing browser and any other thing that could impact on website loading in every combination possible. Tried resetting my PC, reloading the page, logging ou and in again, nothing works.

    I can't even select a picture, so it's also not a formatting or file size problem.

    Can anyone help me?

    Regarding the Companion App, I had a visual error (did not have to check web requests). BUT in the app I could simply ignore the warning/error and click the "Personalizar seu avatar" ("Customize you avatar") link and select a picture.

    This is in pt-br, the warning on the bottom states:

    "It's not possible to change your gamer picture. Try again later."

    it is literally a 40mb app from the windows store, if you are on windows 10 it is already installed.
