I can't change my xbox privacy

Im getting really pissed becuase i can't change my xbox privacy over my pc and no i do not have an xbox in my house i wanted to play Minecraft and it's telling me to change my privacy but everytime i try to enter the xbox.com it sends me to the same thing
it's doing a loop and i can't do anything about it help me or im deleting this profile and everything that has Microsoft involved.

troubleshoot page for privacy settings. Let us know how it turns out. Also try different browsers, like Edge, Chrome.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

No, it is an adult account. I getting error when I allowed the Xbox one/Windows 10 online satefy settings.

I'm using Google Chrome but i also tried Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

And I tried it on my mobile phone 4 times but sadly still same.
