I can't change my password cause the hacker already changed my email to his own so the system doesn't find any account with my email. Can I do something about this? Or should I contact my bank to block any transaction?

If there is still a phone or alternate email address to the old account (which the hacker probably just changed the email address, and not deleted it), then you might be able to recover it. But if the hacker already changed the alternate email address or phone from the hacked account, than nothing can be done.

Hey, thanks for the help guys but also what I forgot to say is that I have 2-step verification on the account but the hacker has changed my phone number but not my alternative email, is there any chance I can get a recovery code even if my account got
hacked?
