I cant change my username on xbox or anything that need parental auth

So i made a xbox account in like 2016 and then my dad of coruse put parental security on it and we lost the email and now he has a new one and we cant accecs it and it has messed up many things xbox being one of them and i want to change my name but xbox parental controls stops me and says

You need to ask an adult in your family if you can get this. We'll let you

know when you're good to go.

But it said If I want to purchase stuff i need my parent to change to allow purchase i tried but it keep on going to the xbox one cant be change from online when im using and 360

i cant go to my account i need to accept the new terms and conditions when i do this my parents also need to do this on my xbox account but my mom cant use that hotmail account anymore because she got hacked or something now im stuck and cant go on xbox
live anymore or change the settings of my account to adult
