I can’t change my profile picture

Discus and support I can’t change my profile picture in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; Every time i try to change my pfp i cannot change it.     Every time i try to change my pfp i cannot change it. It always says “we cannot upload the picture right now” ive never had problems with this before. How do i fix this issue

    Where are you trying to make the change?

    Have you tried via the website?

    Please, log in to this website: https://account.xbox.com/Profile

    Click Customize > Change gamerpic

    If it still does not work, try using another web browser.

    If you want to use a custom gamerpic, you can do it on the Xbox App.

    Click on your Current Gamerpic to open your profile, then: Click on the Edit Button (Pencil) > Click on the + Image logo to bring up your mobile device gallery > Select the Picture and adjust it.
