Due to the increase in demand with more people staying at home, this feature was disabled a few weeks ago to help keep services stable, so at the moment it is not possible to upload a custom gamerpic.

Please let me know if you need any further information about this.

Yeah, they have disabled it due to the high level of traffic on the servers. Hopefully it will be back up and running soon!

So before I couldn’t change my pfp it was a Minecraft picture of a lake and it was purple. After i tried changing it it said “Sorry, we can’t upload this picture right now try again later.” I’ve tried multiple pictures and even just a black screen, I’ve
tried logging out then in, I’ve also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing will help me, and i’m sure if it was from past behavior it would say its because of past behavior not “try again later.” Now I can only use the pfp xbox provided.
