    I cant change my privacy settings.


    When I try to change my privacy settings, I am sent to support page saying that I am in a family and therefore cannot change my settings. I have never made a family and after being prompted to check, I made a family and left it just to be sure. I was wondering if there is a way to change my privacy settings.

    Hello!

    Is it possible that the account that you're trying to change the settings on could be a child account? If that is the case then you would need to long onto an adult account and add the child account to its family to be able to adjust the settings for the
    child account. Take a look at this support article regarding adding a child account to a family.:

    Hello N4tsu,

    When you go to privacy settings, change a couple others to block and save and log out. Log back in then go change the ones you need to say allow along with ones you changed to block and see if that helps.
