I can't change my Privacy settings.

I bought FH4 last weekend, when I trying to open multiplayer session it giving Parental Control error. I went to my privacy setting to fix it but this time, I can't changed it. When I allowed and submit the settings it says (An unexpected error
occurred. Please try again later.)

Please help me to fix this problem guys I wanna play it online

The account receiving the error is the actual adult account? or is the child account? child accounts can't change privacy settings.

No, it is an adult account. I getting error when I allowed the Xbox one/Windows 10 online satefy settings.

I recommend trying to change on both websites
account.microsoft.com and
Xbox.com when you go to xbox.com click the name in top right then select xbox settings then privacy and online safety.

What browser are you using? I would suggest trying a different browser to go to the website and change the settings.

Also does this happen to you on any device? Go ahead and try it on your mobile phone or maybe a tablet if you have one.

Let us know if it's still giving you the error.

 

I'm using Google Chrome but i also tried Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

And I tried it on my mobile phone 4 times but sadly still same.

Hey Salih,

For troubleshooting purposes, I would suggest possibly
creating a new account, test to see if you can change the settings without any errors. That can narrow down the issue to the account.

I would suggest contacting
Xbox Support to get connected to a representative an talk about that there may be an issue with the account not being able to change privacy settings.

I would also suggest reporting the problem on the
Feedback Hub found on your Windows 10 computer. Just follow the steps towards the bottom of the article.
